Our Staff

Patricia Watson – Executive Director

Patricia is the Executive Director of LIFE Recovery. She has a B.A Hons. in Business Management and a teaching diploma in Information Technology. Her role is to oversee the staff and programs of LIFE and reports to its board of directors. She has a strong desire to see women coming into freedom and recognizing their value and significance in Christ. Patricia has been involved in women’s ministries in her local church for many years and she has set up intercessory prayer teams and taught on healing prayer. She feels privileged to be called to LIFE Recovery and is filled with anticipation for the future.

Jenn Macpherson – Administrator

Jenn is a compassionate individual who brings a wealth of experience from various facets of her life to LIFE Recovery. She started at Life Recovery in November 2011, having completed two years of study in Health Sciences at the University of the Fraser Valley and ten years of business experience.  She is committed to promoting a healthy lifestyle and also has a passionate desire to see women freed from the bondage of addiction, so when blessed with the opportunity to play a role in helping others, she jumped at the chance.

Gisele Davidson – Certified Addictions Counselor

Gisele began as a volunteer in 2001 and immediately knew that this was where her heart was. She has a strong passion to help women overcome the challenges associated with their addictions and thrives on seeing the amazing transformation that God carries out in courageous women at LIFE Recovery.

Shelley Langelaar – Certified Addictions Counselor

Shelley has been with LIFE Recovery since 2008 and has worked as an addiction counsellor since 1994 . Her decision to work at LIFE Recovery stems from the inspiration of witnessing miracles happen daily. Being part of a team focused on helping women heal and discover freedom in the destiny that God has for them is such a blessing for Shelley.

Jenny van Tol – Support Staff

Jenny was a client at LIFE Recovery just over four years ago and has been working as support staff in the home for the past three years. Witnessing God’s transforming and renewing power in the lives of the women at LIFE Recovery is one of the most significant blessings in her life. She is truly grateful to see women overcome their addictions and pursue the person that God created them to be.

Monique Ellis – Support Staff

Monique is a new member to the LIFE Recovery team. Her desire to work with women and interest in pursuing a career in addictions recovery and treatment is what brought Monique to LIFE Recovery. In her first few months at LIFE, she has really enjoyed being part of something with such a great cause.
